The National Latino Officers Association is saddened to announce the passing of Reverend Luis F. Serrano. Rev. Serrano was a strong supporter of the NLOA and the advancement of the Latino community. Those of us that had the privilege of knowing Rev. Serrano were fortunate, as he left a lasting impression as a man of faith. Please keep the Serrano family in your thoughts and prayers.
